Do you ship to places other than Toronto, Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale?
Yes, We ship to any city and select countries. If you don't see your country available at checkout please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We appreciate your business and kindly suggest that you order products or book your delivery AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. While we strive to commit to each and every request we receive we are ONLY able to commit to processed online purchases and confirmed deliveries. If your order was not confirmed and we no longer have the availability your request will be cancelled. This cancellation includes all delivery requests. Requests made or quotes provided do not confirm your balloon delivery. Your online payment confirms your order and delivery.
How do I book a balloon delivery?
Complete a balloon delivery request form online. After your request is processed a team member will follow up with a quote and online payment link to complete your balloon delivery booking.
Can I book a balloon delivery for tomorrow?
If we have your preferred delivery time available YES you can book a delivery the day before your event.
Do you deliver to my city?
Currently BALOON HAUS offers full balloon delivery services in TORONTO, ATLANTA, AND South Florida.
Can I pay cash for my balloons?
All balloon deliveries must be completed online prior to your balloon delivery confirmation. We do not accept cash payment but we do accept all major credit cards, PayPal and ApplePay at checkout.
Email is our main source of communication and 90% of our customers contact us via email. We strive to maintain consistent communication with customers in a timely manner. During the month of December, our response times are delayed. We appreciate your requests and are happy to assist from 11pm to 6pm Wednesday to Friday. Please advise surrounding some holidays we experience extremely high amounts of inquiry requests and communication may take longer than normal.
It is imperative that you respond to email communication from us as soon as possible in order to meet your event deadlines. Not responding in a timely manner may result in loss of availability for your order or delivery.

Most of our sold out products restock quickly. If you need your products by a certain date please email email@example.com and request restock information.
I'm looking for a certain item that you don't offer, can you get it for me?
YES! We have access to millions of balloons that we may not keep in our inventory. From characters, to special sizes, custom prints etc. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
What is order processing?
Before your order is shipped we process your order to pick products, add accessories and package any necessary items. All orders are processed by the date and time they were confirmed. Some orders may not process the same day. Orders also do not process outside of business hours or during weekends.
Some items may ship from our warehouse location. This may cause additional processing time on your order.

Which shipping should I choose?
Please choose the shipping option that will get your products to you BEFORE your event. Keep in mind processing time.
When will my package arrive?
When your package leaves our office or warehouse you will receive tracking information. Your tracking number will let you know when to expect your order.
Can I change my shipping?
YES! If you need to make changes to your shipping address or choose a faster delivery please contact us immediately.

What shipping options do you provide?
We provide standard 5-8 business day shipping, 3-5 day expedited shipping and 2 day rush shipping. Shipping options are changing in early 2019 to get our customers their favorite products faster!
Where is my confirmation email?
Order confirmation emails are automatically sent immediately at checkout. Additional emails are sent at the time your package leaves our office and when your packages leaves office for your destination.
How can I update my account details?

Will you restock sold out items?
Yes! Many of our popular products sell fast but restock just as quick. Check back often or email us to get an exact date on when your favorite item will restock. .
How do I change my order?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are returned in the form of store credit. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days but may take longer depending on your bank.
How do I use a store credit?
Your unique store credit code can be entered at checkout. Store credit codes can be used on any purchase, product or service. These credits expire after 1 year.
How many balloons should I buy?
We are happy to make suggestions if you provide us with a budget and or photos of a space where you need balloons to go. Feel free to send us an inspiration picture and we will offer suggestions for you.
Do you have other pictures so I can see the balloon color better?
Yes! Let us know which color and we will email you a picture.
How long will my balloons last?
Latex balloons when fully inflated will float for about 15-18 hours. Foil/Mylar balloons when fully inflated can last from 3 days - 3 weeks! Many of our customers have shared that our oversized letters and metallic sphere balloons have lasted 2 months!
Where do I get helium from to inflate my balloons?
We recommend disposable helium tanks to inflate day of your event at your event venue. These can be purchased at Target or Walmart. If you don't trust your inflation skills many of our customers prefer local dollar stores (nationwide) for affordable balloon inflation.
